Brandon, MB. -- Preparations are continuing for what should be an exciting 2012-13 Western Hockey League season and with training camp scheduled for next week, the Brandon Wheat Kings are seeking new billet families for their players for the upcoming campaign.

The Wheat Kings, who finished the 2011-12 season with a record of 39-28-1-4, will bring the curtain up on their 2012-13 season on Friday, September 21st against the visiting Regina Pats.

Brandon’s pre-season opener meanwhile is Thursday, September 6th in Regina.
