Brandon, Manitoba -- Plans are well underway for the 19th Annual Brandon Wheat Kings' Hockey School, scheduled to be held at the Keystone Centre from August 9-13th.
This summer's School will feature four divisions - Bantam, Pee Wee, Atom, and Novice – with openings still remaining in both the Bantam (players born in 1995, ’96 and ’97) as well as Novice (those born in 2002 and 2003).
Cost for this year's Hockey School is $315 for skaters and $231 for goalkeepers (GST included).
The Hockey School is under the direction of Brandon assistant coach Dwayne Gylywoychuk and will feature a number of both current and former members of the Wheat Kings.
Among those instructors expected to be on hand for this year's camp include former captains Ryan Craig and Mark Derlago. Other instructors include Mark Stone, Aaron Lewadniuk, Brent Raedeke and local product Michael Ferland.
